Hi need some urgent advice for my 20 yr old daughter she has worked at this place since she was 16 and her boss has always been very unpredictable mood wise and often shouted at my daughter for no reason but lately her life is becoming unbearable to the extent she is scared to go into work even though she has to as has no choice her boss is shouting at her pointing in her face telling other staff stuff about her behind her back there has been a few people who have walked out of this place as of same reasons and threatened to take her to a tribunal but some how it never seems to happen we just dont no what to do as if she just walks out then she will be classed as giving her job up ? And not entitled to any help I want to ring the head office and speak to them but shes scared it will make her life hell what can we do plz help she is a nervous wreck ?
