I recently got an email from my district manager. The first one stated a whole bunch of work related demands and threatened to fire me. Then I received another email stated more demands and one which was to get payroll to 16. or if it went above 16 I was to pay for out of my own pocket, and if there was ordering that he didn't approve of I was to pay out of my own pocket. I recently quit over this. Am I over reacting?? or was his practices illegal or unethical?
