  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
I work for a company that recently purchased the place of my employment for the past 6 years. They kept wages and benefits the same, recognized years of employment for holidays and seniority. At first things were great. They demoted one senior employee and replaced his job with one of their staff, resulting in that employee quiting. Then they provided an assistant manager for my division, it didn't take long before he was showing signs of aggression. Never in front of me however other staff would tell of him throwing things around and breaking inexpensive instruments of work. I advised my immediate supervisor several times. When it was finally dealt with we brought to light all the things that were not working well ( the typical bs meeting you all need to play better) all in all favorable meeting. After 2 weeks to a month, things were not much better I told my supervisor that there was not the care and attention to detail that I needed from this employee. This resulted in a meeting with the area manager this time I was accused of uttering death treats (referring to a heated discussions that had happened 5 months prior) and saying that they have 3 people that seen me do it. during the whole ordeal i felt like I was being bullied. A few days later I was confronted by one of the employees that the "AM" said that had witnessed me "uttering death threats" he told me that he told them that he could not recall any thing like that happening, and after thinking about it all weekend he knows damn well that it did not happen. It has been nearly 3 months and the "AM" has not even checked in to see how things are going. I don't know what to do!!!!
