I have been working at this place since July 1991. I am the administrator/coordinator of a building (cooperative). I have been harassed by the President and 2 Board Members.
I go and deposit the rents every month now I have to go with a Board Member to ???protect me. The Person is 76 years old. I drive to the bank and it take approx. 45 min. to go and come back. If I go and get supplies at Staple, I have to fill out a form to say when I leave, the minutes that I am gone and when I come back. Four people have keys for my office. When I am not there they take video cassettes to view them to see how many seniors (tenants) come and see me and how long they stay in the office. When I go to the washroom, the camera system can follow me. I am going crazy. Can you help me?
