I have been an employee of this company for 5 years, I have endured racial profiling, being told when bonuses are given out that I did not qualify or I just missed it by that much but other employees whom have been suspend, or who have only worked under a year have received up to $500.00 I have approached the supervisors to discuss the different things that are happening and they refuse to speak with me. I never take time off i always finish the work required of me per day, then being told that i will not get any more increase of pay because I max out I never signed any paperwork for my hourly wage to max out but my supervisor at the time asked me and my worker to put out our arms and he told me that is why you will not go anywhere because I am of black descent. I have been threatened if I don't sign certain paperwork that I will be put down to 16 to 20 hours a week I keep trying to find another job but I have noticed when other employees take time off they have been either fired or suspended without pay. I have a family I can not afford to lose my job but the stress is making me sick... constant headaches, I am gaining a lot of weight, I have developed a short temper, and don't know what else to do....stressed and scared for my income. |
