I was wondering if an employee is giving "supervisory like duties" how much control or authority will this employee have over other employees. This person is not recognized in human Resources as a supervisory, but acting this capacity by accessing employees private records writhing up employees and threatening to fire people, is this a common practice and is it alegal practice. If so, how can I find out more information on this subject. There is favoritism show to certain employees and even judging if an employee can receive a raise. There is poor supervision and poor employee morale. There are a number of other issues going on, please let me know if there is anything I can do to stop this poor treatment of employees. |
