Falsifying Break Sheets
I work for a company that allows hourly employees to have a 40 minute lunch break. A certain individual who works in my department who is also an hourly employee but has supervisory responsibilities who happens to be a good friend of the manager takes anywhere between 50 to 70 minutes for a lunch break and then falsifies the break sheets to make it look as if he only took a 40 minute lunch break. This same individual had the nerve to tell another hourly employee that his breaks were lasting too long and that he was stealing company time. Remember the saying "do as I say, not as I do." How do you report someone for doing something wrong when that person is protected by the boss?
