This is the original problem from an employee...
I went up to see my boyfriend and spend the weekend with him, and his boss was talking to me while i was sitting in the car, then out of no where he grabbed my boob and told me my "down stairs" would be so nice.... what do i do?

This is sexual assault because of the body part he grabbed, if someone does this to you, you defend yourself and call the cops. Make a complaint. A trial will be a he said/ she said (difficult to prove) but a trial is not your goal. Making a report does set a record for when he does it, ( or worse) to anyone again and lends credibility so, in effect, you might be helping the next victim. He is not your boss so it is not sexual harassment unless the guy makes some stipulation on your BF's employment regarding your presence at future events or whatever.
