Description of Service

AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. acts solely as the venue and is not involved in the actual transaction or communication between parties. AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. enables you to initiate on line communication for the discussion of ideas and concerns between employers and employees.  AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. reserves the right to review any or all communication from any party involved with the site.  While no information will be edited prior to review by any party, AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. reserves the right to refuse to forward or participate with any communication or member we feel is attempting to forward threatening, vulgar or harmful communication.  While AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. reserves the right to review communication between parties, this event is rare and not all communication will be terminated for violating the above guidelines.  AnonymousEmployee.com does not actively screen communications or participate in them, rather, AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. acts solely as the venue for passing communication from and to members and providing a forum by which members can communicate with each other.

By submitting an order or communication request through the site, you authorize AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. to pass along the order or communication request to the relevant contact person or company.  Consequently, AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the communication, the truth or accuracy of the information, the ability of members to provide truthful or accurate information.  AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. is not responsible for the fulfillment of any request or communication requested from you to or from any other member. You acknowledge that such transactions are purely between you and the relevant member.  Should any dispute arise regarding any such communication arise, your only recourse will be directly with the other member or party.  AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. specifically disclaims, and you hereby release AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes, communications or information available on the web site, or any database where such information is stored.


Your Registration Obligations

To become a member of AnonymousEmployee.com Inc., you must submit a complete AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. registration form on behalf of the entity subscribing to AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. services ("Member").  By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older.

Member represents that the information on the form regarding the Member is true and agrees to inform us, via email, of any changes in the information set forth in the registration form. AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. will evaluate the application in good faith and will notify Member in a timely manner regarding the acceptance or rejection where required.  If AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. discovers that any information provided by the Member is inaccurate, incomplete or not current, AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. may terminate the Member's right to access and receive AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. services.

Agreement of Anonymitiy

All members, users, investors, employees, third parties, technicians, and any other individual or company agrees that any and all information contained within this site will be treated as 100% anonymous at all times. In cases where the identity of any individual or company becomes known, all parties agree that all information will be treated as 100% anonymous. Members waive all rights to persue the identity or ownership of any other member or information. All members agree that the information within this site will not be used as legal evidence. The purpose of this site is to allow for a venue for discussing ideas. All members agree to strictly adhere to the concept of anonymity. All members understand and agree that they are not entitled to any services or information contained within this site without first agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Use

Prohibited Use

Termination or Changes to the Agreement

If a Member breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, or acts inconsistently with the rules of AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. or intent of this Terms and Conditions, AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. may, at its discretion, suspend, disable or terminate any AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. membership. Member understands and agrees that disabling of membership will result in Member's inability to use the site of AnonymousEmployee.com Inc.. Member fully understands and agrees that termination of membership will result in the cancellation of all of Member's communications.

Members may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty [30] days advance notice to AnonymousEmployee.com Inc.. Upon termination of this Agreement, for any reason, Member shall immediately cease to use any AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. services provided under this Agreement. AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions page of AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease to use any of AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. services.


Liability Limitations

In no event shall AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. or its affiliates or agents (the "AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. Parties") be liable, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this web site or through our other services.  You and we agree that this is a fair allocation of risk based upon the manner and cost by which AnonymousEmployee.com Inc.'s services are provided to you, taking into account your ability to take other measures or consult other resources in connection with purchasing goods and services online. AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Unauthorized AccessWhile AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. takes reasonable steps to safeguard and to prevent unauthorized access to your private information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information. in no event shall AnonymousEmployee.com or its affiliates be liable for any damages (whether consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or otherwise) arising out of, or in any way connected with, a third party's unauthorized access to your information, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, strict liability, tort or other theories of liability, and also regardless of whether AnonymousEmployee.com Inc. was given actual or constructive notice that damages were possible.


Dispute Resolution

We will do our best to resolve any problems or issues that you may have with our services or us in a satisfactory manner. If, however, we are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, each of us agrees that any dispute or controversy between us, or arising in any way out of the use or operation of our web site or other services, or any information, services, products, and materials contained in this site or available through our other services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration.  The arbitrator shall be named by AnonymousEmployee.com Inc at a later date.  The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve all matters in dispute between us (subject to the legal disclaimer and liability limitations set forth above), including the applicability, scope and binding effect of this arbitration agreement, and to award arbitration costs and expenses to the prevailing party as determined by the arbitrator. However, such disclosure may be necessary to investigate alleged violations of this Agreement or to otherwise protect our rights or property. Disclosure to authorized governmental authorities may also be necessary and will be undertaken only as prescribed by applicable law. Disclosure of customer information may also be compelled by civil legal process.
