This is the problem the employee is having:
There is an employee that has caused a serious hostile environment at work. This has gone on for some time and management has done nothing about this. We have complained for quite a while.

I have experienced a number of times where there was persistent ethnic slurs, trivial fault finding, and consistent verbal abuse. This has resulted in years of isolation, exclusion and bad morale for the whole department.

Because management has refused to do anything about it, many of us have requested to be transferred to another department, but we have been refused. I am ill as a result, and miss work days because I don't feel I can handle going in.

I can't afford to quit my job, and I cant stand that management always ignores their abusive behavior.

What can I do?
