Hello everyone,

Hope all the members are fine, i have a difficult task to do in office ,as our office communication style is so poor and i m also lost my communication skills, one of our employee coming late to the office and its behavior is unethical and he is out for office during office hours without notice other people, i have to solve this problem through email but i can not understand how to email this employee, as this issue getting more worst , this employee have great relationship in the company.
Can any body help me to email this employee?
I have to mail this at this weekend .
