I am an LPN and I am in the National Guard. I work at a state facility and I am entitled to military days as a benefit to me. My employer schedules me off to keep from paying my military days and to keep from giving me a day off in the process. I have had numerous problems. They have threatened me they have given me a demotion without actually giving me one. The list goes on and on. The personnel dept does nothing for any of the employees and I don't know whether to quiet or keep trying to get someone to listen, or wait it out hoping they will be caught by someone.
