I was terminated due to absences from work, but my former employer has a policy that states after termination of employment you may be rehired after 1 yr of working somewhere else. This is what they told me in my exiting meeting, but I am aware that 2 people that fight in a health care facility should not be re-hireable and should be reported to the state, but due to the 2 people being friendly with the director of nurses they were rehired after 9 months and not reported to the state. I even went to my supervisor and pleaded with, them but they kept speaking on policy well it was not enforced when they rehired the 2 that was fighting and I just think that was not fair and my only issue was due to absence due to sick occasions and all i had was that and they had Dr's note so to me this is favoritism. |
