I applied for a promotion and supervisor started lying about my performance so i would not receive job, I told eeoc rep that I was filing for eeoc, got fired. reported incident to district court, manager was let go. managers boss who was judge never told anyone she told manager to fire me. case was in district court because she was on vacation, when she came back, so district court would not find out she told manager to fire me, she started handling case. I found out later days later while case was in mediation that the judge was the one who told manager to fire me. told lawyer, he did nothing. judge never reclused herself from case at all, judge handled settlement and everything. case can not be talked about, she did that. should I tell district court about her lying anyway, even though there is a do not talk about on the case? |
