Anonymous Employee provides employees with the opportunity to express anonymous problems and concerns in the workplace. Employees can inform their employer through anonymous communication about the issues they face in the workplace.

How is it Anonymous?

You Dont Send Any Information, We Do.

Your computer is not the one sending the communication. All communication takes place on our secure servers. As long as you are not sending communication from work, you should remain anonymous. Just another remider, do not use your work computer to send out anonymous information. It likely won't be anonymous.

We Don't Tell Your Company Who You Are

The only way we will ever tell your company the identity of the sender, is if you tell them yourself, or send us a written request to do so on your behalf.

We Don't Ask For Personal Information

If you are sending a communication to your employer, we dont even as you who you are. This way, you are as anonymous as you choose to be. We only ask you for personally identifying information when you are requesting professional assistance such as legal advice, or other professional employment help.

Your Employer Must Agree to Respect Your Rights

Before reading your communication, your employer must sign a release agreeing not to seek you out or penalize you. You will have a legal document electronically signed on your behalf prior to any actual communication being revealed. You are also protected by our terms of use.

We Do Not Keep Identifying Information On Our Servers

We do not store any records (such as IP addresses) on our servers that could be subject to hacking.

We Do Not Use Cookies, Spyware, Adware, or Any Other Tactics

Anonymous Employee does not leave any identifying cookies on your computer. Cookies tend to leave a trail of where you have been on the internet. We have no cookies that lead back to us. We also do not use long URL's that track your identity.

We do not plant programs on your computer such as adware or spyware.

All communication takes place from our secured server, rather than from your computer or email address. You never send your supervisor anything directly. We do it all for you. Personal information is not stored. We also feature 128 bit SSL encryption with a secure database.
